These are intended to provide students with skills, resources, and activities to gain a greater understanding of yourself, others, and the world around you, and learn how to live a happy and fulfilling life here at JU and beyond. 车间是 available by request for individuals, clubs, classes, teams, organizations, and departments. If you would like to request this for your group, fill out an 外展 Request Form at least two weeks in advance of the requested date. Workshop options include:

BASIC 咨询 Skills 101

Intended for student leaders, this interactive workshop introduces the very basics of counseling skills to effectively engage in conversations about struggle, needs, 和支持. Participants will practice skills with each other, process their experiences, and brainstorm strategies for navigating potentially challenging situations.
